We would like to inform you of the upcoming key dates related to the United Arab Bank (UAB) Rights Issue.
Please take note of the following schedule:
The trading session on Monday, 23 June 2025, will open with the new reference price for the Company’s shares.
The rights issue will be allocated at a ratio of 1 right for every 2 shares, based on the closing of the Company’s shareholders’ register on Tuesday, 24 June 2025.
The trading symbol for the rights issue is "UABRI25"
The trading period for the rights issue will be from Monday, 30 June 2025, to Tuesday, 22 July 2025. Investors wishing to subscribe must hold the rights in their account before the subscription closes.
The price of the rights will be floating throughout all trading sessions mentioned, meaning there will be no upper or lower limit for buy and sell orders.
Rights are tradable on the ADX during the trading window.
