The THARAA Points Program ("the Program") allows eligible Emirates NBD Securities customers to accumulate points ("THARAA Points") by trading through their brokerage account.
The tiers eligible for THARAA Points earning will be as determined by Emirates NBD Securities from time to time.
The eligibility to earn Points is based on customer's annual trading performance
Emirates NBD Securities has the right to revise tiers in the THARAA Program at any time with/without prior notice to the Customer
Tier upgrades / downgrades will be granted based on annual review of trading activity
To continue tier membership, the accumulated trading values of equity and / or DGCX markets should be maintained within the specified range of the tier for one year
A new customer with no prior trading activity will be automatically enrolled into the Bronze Category.
A minimum requirement of 200 points is required for THARAA' Points redemption
THARAA' Points will be valid for 24 months from the date of earning
Emirates NBD Securities decision on computation of THARAA Points will be final, conclusive and binding on the Customer.
Emirates NBD Securities LLC reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to amend, withdraw and/or terminate THARAA' program or the terms thereto, by notice in writing to you in accordance with the internal controls and conditions.
