Early withdrawal of funds from sell
Take advantage of our tailor-made solutions and withdraw cash on the same day that you sell your shares
Get cash in advance when you need it or when normal market settlement falls after a public holiday or a long weekend.
Normal market settlement for sell trades is T+2, meaning that cash from a sale is available for withdrawal only after two working days from the date of the sell trade execution.
Emirates NBD Securities in coordination with Emirates NBD enables investors to cash in their sale proceeds on the trade date.
How to apply
- Click here to download the "Overdraft Against Proceeds of Sale of Shares Form"
- Sign and fill in the form with necessary details
- Submit the ORIGINAL completed form at any of the Emirates NBD Securities or Emirates NBD branches
- The amount will be available for withdrawal on the date requested
Notes
- Requests received after 1 pm will be accepted but may not be processed on the same day
- The request can be made for only up to 90 per cent of the sale transaction value
- The maximum amount that can be availed by a customer in a day is AED 1.5 million.
- An interest rate of 12.50% per annum will be applied by Emirates NBD (subject to AED 100 minimum)
