ADNOC Drilling Company announced intent to list 7.5% of shares on ADX under an initial public offering

ADNOC Drilling Company announced its intention to list 7.5% of its shares for trading on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).

The Subscription to initial public offering will be opened on September 13^th, 2021 to citizens and residents of the UAE and local and international investment institutions as well. The price range will be announced on the same day.
