eBroker Services - Sign Up

  1. Customers can apply for eBroker by filling and signing the "eBroker" application.
    Please Click here to download the form. Please provide the ORIGINAL completed application duly signed by the client in order to process the "eBroker" service request. Please submit the completed application to any of the below:

  2. Once the application is processed, customer will be notified with the registered username via SMS and password via email within one working day from the receipt of the application form.
  3. The "RSA" token device will be delivered by courier within three working days from the receipt of the application form or customer may collect it in person from our Customer Care Center located at DFM - Ground Floor.
  4. Once the customer receives his / her "RSA" token, username and password, customer is requested to contact the Customer Care Center at +971 600 52 3434 from Sunday to Thursday between 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM to activate his / her "eBroker" service. Upon activation of the "eBroker" service, the client will be able to reset his / her password.
